We stayed at a hotel close to a tram station, making it convenient to visit the Christmas Markets. The location was also easily accessible by taxi from the train station, costing around 7-9€ with Uber. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided fast and friendly service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel had facilities like a minibar and room service.

The restaurant staff were rude and the electrical outlets in the room were not working.

During our recent stay, we were actually surprised by the quality of service at the hotel. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort, making us feel like we were at home. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the cleanliness of the rooms was so good. the breakfast, although a bit pricey, was definitely worth it, with a wide variety of delicious options.

We had a very comfortable and luxurious stay at this hotel. The executive rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a great desk to work on and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location next to the Congress Centre was ideal for us, and the WiFi was superb. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you can access the executive lounge and enjoy free drinks and snacks, which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

The hotel had a great location, close to the conference venue and conveniently situated on main roads. The room was up to standard and offered good comfort. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options and the overall selection was very good.

The parking arrangements were disappointing. It was difficult to find parking and the hotel's parking was inadequate for such a large building.
