We stayed at a hotel close to a tram station, making it convenient to visit the Christmas Markets. The location was also easily accessible by taxi from the train station, costing around 7-9€ with Uber. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided fast and friendly service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel had facilities like a minibar and room service.

The restaurant staff were rude and the electrical outlets in the room were not working.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel like we were at home. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the breakfast, although a bit pricey, was definitely worth it, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel's chef concierge, Mr. Jean-Marie, who provided excellent recommendations and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the location being a bit far from the city center and the outdated bathroom, these were overshadowed by the positives. The friendly wait staff and overall helpfulness of the staff made up for any minor inconveniences we encountered.

We had a very comfortable and luxurious stay at this hotel. The executive rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a great desk to work on and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location next to the Congress Centre was ideal for us, and the WiFi was superb. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you can access the executive lounge and enjoy free drinks and snacks, which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
